1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") regulate the use of the "Flash Taxi" platform (hereinafter "Platform") by users.

1.2. The "Flash Taxi" platform is operated by Flash Taxi UG (limited liability) (hereinafter "Company").

1.3. Use of the platform requires unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
